We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all our users. This policy applies to all paid plans on our platform, including the Basic (₹499), Pro (₹999), and Premium (₹1999) plans.

2. Refund Timeline

Our refund policy is structured into three tiers based on the time elapsed since your purchase:

Full refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a complete refund of the amount paid.

7 – 30 Days

50% refund subject to administrative review. Refund requests made between 7 and 30 days after purchase will be reviewed by our team and a 50% refund may be issued upon approval.

After 30 Days

No refund available. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for any refund, as significant service delivery is assumed to have occurred.

  2. Include Details: In your email, provide your registered name, email address, phone number, date of purchase, plan name, and the reason for requesting a refund.

  4. Review: Your request will be reviewed by our administrative team based on the refund timeline above.
  5. Resolution: You will be notified of the outcome via email within 5–7 business days of submitting your request.

Once a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within the following timelines:
